Hi parents! We are looking for interested families to participate in our research. Our research project explores the development of reasoning about religious norms and practices among both religious and secular middle and high school students. This research will help us to gain an understanding of how religious and secular youth think about religious practices and norms in a pluralistic society. If you have a child between the ages of eleven and eighteen, they are eligible to participate in our study. Participation may take the form of an online survey and/or an audio or video call via the online platform Zoom. These sessions would be scheduled at the convenience of you and your child, and each session would involve your child answering a series of questions about topics such as their family life, religious background, demographic information, and hypothetical social scenarios with fictional characters. If you are interested in participating, please email us using the contact form below or fill out the secure sign-up form on our “Sign Up to Participate” page. For more information, please see our “Frequently Asked Questions for Parents” page. We look forward to hearing from you!
